What Due Thursday does

Due Thursday provides AI-assisted writing tools: an AI Humanizer, a grammar and spelling checker, a paraphraser, an AI-writing checker, and draft feedback. They help you improve writing you have started. Results can contain mistakes, so review everything before you submit or send it.

The AI-writing checker

The AI-writing checker gives an estimate, not proof. No tool can determine with certainty who or what wrote a piece of text. Don't rely on its results to make decisions about anyone, including yourself.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for how you use your results. Follow your school's academic integrity rules, your instructors' policies on AI tools, and your employer's rules. Don't use Due Thursday to submit or present work as your own where that isn't allowed, or for anything unlawful.

Plans and limits

The free plan limits how many words you can use per request and how many times you can use the tools each day. The paid plan raises those limits. The current limits are shown on our home page and inside the tools, and we may change them. The free demo on our home page has its own smaller limits. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or try to get around its limits.

Payment, pricing, and discounts

The paid plan is billed monthly and renews automatically until you cancel. Payments are processed by Stripe. A launch price, when offered, stays in place for as long as your subscription stays active. A military price is available to people who sign in with a verified .mil email address. We may change prices for new subscribers at any time, and we will give existing subscribers notice before a price change applies to them.

Cancelling and refunds

You can cancel anytime from Manage billing. You'll keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, and you won't be charged again. Payments are not refunded for partial months, except where required by law. If you think you were charged by mistake, email us and we'll look into it.

Reviews

If you leave a review and give permission to quote it, we may show it, with the display name you provide, on our website and in our marketing. You can ask us to remove it at any time.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
